  • No cancellation is allowed for the “Thai Resident Package”.
  • Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
  • Thai guests are required to present a valid Thai ID card upon arrival.
  • Expat guests are required to present a valid work permit or work visa upon arrival.
  • Guaranteed Early Check-in time is 10 am and late check-out time is 6 pm.
  • IHG One Rewards discount is not applicable to room rates under this package.
  • Members are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards points on qualified spend.
  • Dining credit is limited to THB 2,000 net per stay (THB 1,000 net per night). Any additional spend beyond this amount may be settled using IHG One Rewards discounts at participating outlets.
  • A security deposit is required upon check-in, either by cash or credit card pre-authorization.
  • Free stay for children aged 0 to 3 with a complimentary baby cot and for children aged 4 to 11 when using an existing in-room bed.
  • An extra bed for 1 additional person is provided with a surcharge of THB 1,000 net per night.
  • IHG One Rewards members are eligible for the benefits as per the guest’s membership status.
  • Guests can enjoy a complimentary drink "Lao Khao" daily at ANJU Korean Rooftop Restaurant & Bar from 5 pm to 6 pm and children can dial the "Popsicle Emergency Line" on the hotel’s second floor, in front of Bangkok'78 to receive colorful popsicles from 6 am to 6 pm.
