Bangkok'78 works in close collaboration with Saneh Jaan, a Michelin-starred Thai restaurant, to reconstruct traditional recipes that have largely disappeared from modern menus. Dishes like Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, Khao Soi, and Mango Sticky Rice are prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients and the techniques that originally defined them.
