Terms & Conditions

  • The minimum advance reservation time for the “Family Getaway" package is 1 day.
  • IHG One Rewards members get an additional 5% discount.
  • The rates are subject to a 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
  • Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.
  • A security deposit is required upon check-in, either by cash or credit card pre-authorization.
  • HarborLand passes are valid for adults and children.
  • Happy Camper is subject to availability.
  • Free stay for children aged 0 to 3 with a complimentary baby cot and for children aged 4 to 11 when using an existing in-room bed.
  • An extra bed for 1 additional person is provided with a surcharge of THB 1,000++ per night.
  • IHG One Rewards members are eligible for the benefits as per the guest’s membership status.
  • To book the “Family Getaway” package in Standard Room and Premium Room, please book directly with the hotel’s reservation team only.
