- The minimum advance reservation time for the “Elevate Your Stay” package is 1 day.
- The rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- The THB 1,000 net dining credit per stay can be used on any food and drinks at ANJU Korean Rooftop Bar, Sip & Co., The Black Cat, Bangkok’78, Horizon Pool Bar, and in-room dining service. The credit can be accumulated throughout the stay and cannot be used on any other service or exchanged for cash. The remaining credit cannot be refunded or exchanged in cash.
- The late check-out is subject to room availability on the check-out date.
- HarborLand passes are valid for both adults and children.
- Free stay for children ages 0 to 3 with a complimentary baby cot and for children ages 4 to 12 when using an existing in-room bed.
- An extra person fee is THB 1,000++ which includes extra bedding.
- IHG One Rewards members are eligible for the benefits as per the guest’s membership status.
- Guests can enjoy a complimentary drink "Lao Khao" daily at The Black Cat from 5 am to 6 pm and children can dial the "Popsicle Emergency Line" on the hotel’s second floor, in front of Bangkok'78 to receive colorful popsicles from 6 am to 6 pm.
