- The minimum advance cancellation time of the “Tea & Treats” package is before 6 pm of the check-in date.
- The rates are subject to a 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
- Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.
- Late check-out at 4 pm is subject to availability.
- Free stay for children ages 0 to 3 with a complimentary baby cot and for children ages 4 to 12 when using an existing in-room bed.
- An extra person fee is THB 1,000++ which includes extra bedding.
- IHG Rewards members are eligible for the benefits as per the guest’s membership status.
- Guests can enjoy a complimentary drink "Lao Khao" daily at The Black Cat from 5 am to 6 pm and children can dial the "Popsicle Emergency Line" on the hotel’s second floor, in front of Bangkok'78 to receive colorful popsicles from 6 am to 6 pm.
