Step back in time to 1978, when the narrow streets of Bangkok were a bustling hub of irresistible aromas and fiery heat from street food vendors—a time when the city’s street food scene was bursting with tasty energy.

Executive Chef Golf revives six crowd-favorite street food dishes elevated with fresh, premium ingredients, including the juicy deep-fried shrimp with mango shrimp paste sauce, grilled squid with spicy seafood sauce, deep-fried oyster, beef noodle soup with Angus beef cheek, steamed seafood roulade with red curry, and a sweet ending with crispy Thai pancake with young coconut and pandan served with fresh coconut ice cream.

The “Premium Street Food” menu at Bangkok’78 is available from 1 June – 31 July 2024.
