Executive Chef Golf revives six crowd-favorite street food dishes elevated with fresh, premium ingredients, including the juicy deep-fried shrimp with mango shrimp paste sauce, grilled squid with spicy seafood sauce, deep-fried oyster, beef noodle soup with Angus beef cheek, steamed seafood roulade with red curry, and a sweet ending with crispy Thai pancake with young coconut and pandan served with fresh coconut ice cream.
