Executive Chef Golf turns her fondest memories into seven throwback delicacies that bring back the time when she started cooking with her mother in the kitchen.

Honoring her mother and elevated by more than 20 years of experience, these seven delectable dishes include deep-fried garlic chicken with sticky rice, crispy fish noodles with spicy minced pork salad, stir-fried onion flower stem with pork liver, hearty minced pork stuffed squid soup, lotus stem with mackerel in coconut shrimp paste soup, spicy and sour steamed seabass soup, and decadent coconut dumplings in sweet coconut milk.

The “Memorable Thai Cuisine” menu is available at Bangkok'78 from 1 August – 30 September 2024.
