The pool tends to be quietest on weekday mornings between 6:30 am - 9:00 am and early evenings after 7:00 pm. Weekends are most popular between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm - arrive early or later in the afternoon for a more relaxed swim.

Fitness Center

24-hour access. Sky-high views from the 19th floor. Natural sunlight coming in from wall-to-ceiling windows. The Fitness Center at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection by IHG will keep you in shape with all the latest fitness equipment from Life Fitness. There are also two sauna rooms available on the floor below.

Best times to train:
The Fitness Center is typically quietest between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and after 8:00 pm daily. Early risers enjoy near-exclusive access before 7:00 am. Peak hours are generally 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
