- The minimum advance reservation time of the “Destination Deals” offer is 3 days.
- The free cancellation of the “Destination Deals” offer is available 7 days or more before arrival.
- 1 night will be charged as a penalty in case of cancellation or no-show when booking 3 - 6 days in advance.
- The rates are subject to a 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
- Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.
- A security deposit is required upon check-in, either by cash or credit card pre-authorization.
- Free stay for children aged 0 to 3 with a complimentary baby cot and for children aged 4 to 11 when using an existing in-room bed.
- An extra bed for 1 additional person is provided with a surcharge of THB 1,000++ per night.
- IHG One Rewards members are eligible for the benefits as per the guest’s membership status.
- Guests can enjoy a complimentary drink "Lao Khao" daily at ANJU Korean Rooftop Restaurant & Bar from 5 pm to 6 pm and children can dial the "Popsicle Emergency Line" on the hotel’s second floor, in front of Bangkok'78 to receive colorful popsicles from 6 am to 6 pm.
