Terms & Conditions

  • The meeting packages are available for reservation until 30 December 2026.
  • The above rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
  • The above rates are non-commissionable.
  • The meeting packages are not valid in conjunction with other offers and promotions.
  • A minimum of 10 event participants is required for each package
  • A minimum of 20 event participants is required to utilize Midtown
  • A minimum of 40 event participants is required to utilize Veha
  • A minimum of 30 persons is required for the international buffet. For guaranteed number of participants at lower than 30 persons, lunch or dinner will be served as individual set instead.
  • Function rooms and hotel's outlets are subject to availability on the confirmed date.
  • The meeting packages are eligible to earn 60,000 IHG Business Rewards points at a maximum per event.
