Terms & Conditions
- The meeting packages are available for reservation until 25 September 2025 and are valid until 30 September 2025.
- The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- The above rates are non-commissionable.
- The meeting packages are not valid in conjunction with other offers and promotions.
- A minimum of 10 participants is required for each meeting package.
- A minimum of 20 participants is required to utilize Midtown.
- A minimum of 40 participants is required to utilize Veha.
- A minimum of 30 participants is required for the international buffet. For a guaranteed number of fewer than 30 participants, dinner will be served as an individual dining set instead.
- Function rooms and hotel's outlets are subject to availability on the confirmed date.
- The meeting packages are eligible to earn 60,000 IHG Business Rewards points at a maximum per event.
