- The minimum advance reservation time is 21 days and minimum length of stay is 2 nights.

- Free stay for children ages 0 to 3 with a complimentary baby cot and for children ages 4 to 11 when using existing bed in-room.
- Extra person fee is THB800++ which includes extra bedding and breakfast.
- Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at noon.
- IHG One Rewards members are eligible for the benefits as per the guest’s membership status.
